I recently got a ticket by the photo radar devices in LA. The time of the ticket was around 830pm and it was an empty street however early that day construction was going on so there was bunch of signs. It was a dead end, the only way to exit was to make a left but i remember the traffic lights weren't working and there was a sign that said yield. Now the sticky part of this situation is on the left there's train tracks so by not stopping i got a ticket. Should i try to dispute the ticket? If so how, can i get proof there was construction going on that day since i did not take any photos? Or do i just pay?
Thanks

Photo "radar" are speed detection devices. You got tagged by a "red light" camera, but if the lights were not working and replaced by a yield sign, then the ticket should be thrown out.
Fight it in court.
