I've been depressed for about six months (fluctuating in and out but pretty bad recently) and my anxiety has been around for years. Based on all my symptoms I also feel I may be bipolar but I haven't been diagnosed yet. As a precursor, I will be meeting with a counsellor soon but I wondered if anyone else may know the answer. So about a week ago I've felt very dizzy almost constantly, when I try to focus my eyes on something (like a book) for too long my vision gets cloudy and I have to consciously bring myself back. My stomach always feels empty, my hands are freezing cold (which has always been a thing because of my anxiety but theyre so cold they ache), it's generally harder to breathe, like I have to think about it occasionally. To add to this I've been zoning out a lot recently, which is extremely detrimental since I take tough classes, and a few times during classes I've glanced down and noticed that I scratched through my skin. Are these all related to my previously mentioned diagnosis or is something else going on?

Unfortunately, those symptoms are common with a variety of mental disorders. Hopefully the doctor you will be seeing is an expert in mental health so they can get you on a solid treatment plan. You deserve to feel better.
No one on here will KNOW the answer. Depression, anxiety, and such CANNOT be diagnosed over the internet. You need to be seen IN PERSON.
