Hi, I own a Dell Optiplex GX620 that I recently bought from amazon.com (used) and I decided to add two video cards into it a ATI Radon 9450 and ATI HD 6450 and thought that my computer will be OK now running some games and doing heavy work on, well, I started to become very annoyed about the Pentium 4 that came with my computer that runs very slow, and was wondering if I could put the i3 processor into my computer, I know I can use the Core Duo processor in it but it costs more on amazon.com than the i3 (which is faster) so yeah, (note that I have decided not to upgrade the ram since I have put 8 GB if ram in my laptop that originally came with 3 GB of ram and did no difference and so I am not intending to upgrade the 2 GB ram it came with it) also I run Windows XP Professional, hope that's is the best I can say I did read some articles that said that the whole motherboard might need to be upgraded too (if that occurs then I don't plan to upgrade my computer then). Thank You and hope you can help my problem.

Wow, really? You added two different video cards? That's actually not helping you. Especially since the Radeon 9000 series is very old. Like 2001-2003. You'd be better off taking it out.
But no, your motherboard is Socket T or LGA 775. You can't get an i3 for it. A Core 2 is the best you can do.
