Unable to load videos onto iTunes?
I have the latest version of iTunes on my Macbook and everytime that I try to add videos that are on my USB or downloaded from the internet to my library my iTunes won't load it. What can I do to add these to my library. All help appreciated. Thanks
Update:Dev, it is already in MP4 format.... any other suggestions?

It might be that the video file is a file format that iTunes doesn't recognize/support. You could try converting it to a .mp4 file, but you may have diminished quality.
