Crest WhiteStrip gel?
So after i take off the strips do i need to keep the gel residue on thats on my teeth? or can i like swish with water and get it off that way (which is what i do know). but the gel that is left on is nastyyy..haha
and it doesnt say anything about it on the instructions...ive checked

Rinse it out. You don't want to swallow it. Besides, once the right amount of time has been reached to leave the strips on then you don't want to leave the whitener on your teeth, it can be bad for them
