Primero que nada presiona Ctrl+Alt+Supr luego ve a prosesos y termina uno llamado Monitor.exe
y desinstala estos

Para de sufrir usa el chrome, es el más rapido . Trae incorporado manejador de pdfs; Flah Player y sincronizacion con cuentas de Gmail. Adicionale adblock plus y wot. Ya hay versión 18 renovada, especila para los que jugamos on line. Además lo usa la gente de avanzada

para desistalar te tardaras mucho mejor espera a que se llene el disco si de atiro esta muy lenta formateala y solo instala los programas que uses mas el avast te servira muy bien ya que no te alenta el cpu el norton es una ****** aparte que se le pasan muchos virus
Como lo veo te conviene mas reinstalar windows, ya que muchos de los programas que tienes son basura, te recomiendo reinstalar, para que sea mas rapida, saludos
