Cucas Cookie Recipe?
There is a cookie in puerto rico called Cucas. This is my favorite cookie which I've only had purchased. It is a very hard, crunchy, flat cookie.
I would love to be able to make these from scratch. So far I don't know ANYONE who has a recipe.
PLEASE HELP!
Update:JAS I didn't ask for DOG FOOD recipes, I asked for a COOKIE recipe called Cucas for HUMAN consumption.

I found a recipe in Spanish, here ya go: It's called Galletas de Cucas, you need to scroll down the page to find it
2 tazas de harina
pasas
2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear
1 taza de azúcar
2 huevos
2 cucharadas de mantequilla
Se mezcla todo. Se amasa un poquito, y se extiende en mesa enharinada. Se corta en la forma deseada. se meten al horno en cazuela engrasada, a calor moderado, por diez minutos aproximadamente, o hasta que doren.
