rue21 is a good store not many people know about it and i really like forever 21 and delias.

I would say Kohls, Forever 21, and sometimes even Target! They all have very cute and trendy clothes at a reasonable price. I probably sound like a commercial right now, but it's true! :)

Target can have very cute things! Also forever 21, and American threads is my fav:)
