This could be a sign of tooth rot or gum diesese in your piggy so i would suggest if you live near a pets at home or Acorn then i would say you should buy him minty or sented treats. I would also suggest that you should take your piggy to the vet as this will tell you if it is tooth rot or gum diesese. Also a couple of crushed polo mints in your piggys food can take away the smell.

Id take him to the vet and make sure he doesnt have an abscess or infection.

If the vet gives him the all clear, go to the market and buy some fresh parsley and little bits of it to him as a treat. It should help a bit...but it probably wont do any good if he has an infection, so please get him checked first.

Bad breath can indicate internal infections, or, more likely, bad teeth. Take your guinea pig to the vet and get his teeth looked at.
