2 bad starts have deflated Palmer's value but he is still Carson Palmer, he has been around the 4000 yard mark for most of his career and should be able to rebound. Hasselbeck is on the struggling Seahawks who have been absolutely devastated by injuries, especially at the WR position.

Antonio Gates > Chad Ocho Cinco

Gates is has been around 1000 and 10 TDs while Chad has been in the 1200 to 1400 yard range with usually just under 10 TDs. The edge goes to Gates because of the TE eligibility - basically you get WR stats at TE.
