fender cd60 or yamaha f310?
I'm planning on buy an acoustic guitar and saw these two. But i don't know which one is better :s! if anyone out there known about both these guitars, please help me!!!

It all depends on your taste. I have a Fender CD60CE (CD60 with Pickup) and my room mate the Yamaha F310. Both are well built guitars, the fender, to me feels like its brighter and harder to play, tough action. Yamaha is over all nice sounding, soft action.
The fender is slightly better in the build quality and finish. We have recorded with both guitars in studios, when miked the Yamaha has a full round tone, perfect for some nice strumming. The fender nice bright tone, good for finger style plucking and solos, just the way I like it :)
My recommendation, if you don't have a special affinity for the Fender after trying go for the Yamaha F310. Its a much safer bet with its universally appealing tone.

Generally, Yamahas are better constructed; I do recommend, however, that you try both out and see which you prefer for sound and feel.
