So, after a lot of travel and eating poorly this summer, I weigh more than I have in 2 years... 149 lbs. I'm 5'5, fairly athletic, and am usually a size 8, if that helps. My goal weight is 135 lbs. I've just started Tae kwon do, which I do on Tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays for 75 minutes, and I work up a really good sweat there. I need a fitness program that will incorporate TKD. Lately I've been running a mile, then walking for a bit each night and doing sporadic weights. Anyway, I'm willing to do anything to get this weight off!
I usually eat pretty well, (I don't drink pop and usually no candy) but if you could guide me there as well I'll take it! I don't want to go hungry, but I'll follow a good eating plan for a few weeks to get back down to the goal weight.
So, if you could help me, or direct me to a program, I'd be so grateful! Thanks in advance!

Yeah you need to start the following diet plan;
Early morning : Juice of half a lemon mixed in a glass of warm water and a teaspoon of honey.
Breakfast: Wheat or Mung bean sprouts and a cup of skimmed milk.
Midmorning A glass of orange, pineapple or carrot juice.
Lunch : Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beet, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes. Steamed or boiled vegetables
Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapatis (Indian bread) and a glass of buttermilk.
Roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger mixed in the buttermilk.
Mid-afternoon : • Coconut water
• Dry fruits
• Lemon tea
• Fresh vegetable soup
Dinner : • Whole grain bread or chapatis
• Steamed vegetables
• Seasonal fruits except banana and apple.
ive been doing this lemonade diet thing. do not eat any solid foods, just the lemonade, or you'll get nasty cramps, or diarrhea.
the list of things you need to get to make this is:
the juice of 5 lemons
1 1/4 cup of organic Grade B maple syrup
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
10 cups of water
and if you need anything else, you can message me if you'd like (:
