My hubby and I want to move to FL. We would like the following...
to live near the beach and/or entertainment areas (less than 1hr away)
a decent neighborhood
1bdroom apt or studio under 800
where finding a job as a college student would not be impossible
if you live there... PLEASE WRITE to me and tell me where!!!

Panama City Beach, 32408, Alot of housing within miles from the beach. Party town, lots of entertainment. Check it out. Rent about that and cheaper on the beach area.
