i have been having this wierd type of feeling in the back of my head for almost 2 weeks. it's not painful but irritating and like a tight pull. I went to the doctor on tuesday and passed all the tests and he thinks I pulled a muscle from working out by my head. however the feeling hasn't subsided yet and I'm starting to feel a little dizzy but Im not sure if I'm making my self feel like this because of the amount of time I've been reading up on brain tumors. Also the weir sensation comes and goes , when I lay down it gets better and I find myself wanting to sleep when it comes at me. so I'm not sure if I'm making myself feel this way or if this actually real also I went to doctors on Tuesday on Thursday I got really drunk and smoked and on Saturday I smoked so could the weed be making me feel this way but it's been goin on for like 2 weeks and I don't smoke often Ive just been really stressed

Sweet heart, DO NOT read up on brain tumors. My doctor told me do not surf the medical sites. I was having growing pains and they were hurting my bones and I though it was leukemia. I have a habit of reading up on things like that. You can scare yourself. Just because you are having sensations in your head does not mean somethings wrong. Are you hypochondriac? Meaning you think something is going to happen to you. You said it was a tight pull... It could be tension. Tension starts in the shoulders and it can travel to your head and also to your forehead and to your nose. Don't go to the medical sites because all they do is make your scared and miserable.
