How can I become a Paralegal? I heard that if you get a certificate in this career, most law firms won't hire students with little experience so therefore you start off as a legal secretary? And work your way up to a becoing a Paralegal? How can one, get employed at a good, well paying law firm??

that is a lot more than you can do with your AS.
Get an associate degree in that field.
