I am not necessarily a stick thin person. I have great legs.. My stomach is too big!! My love handles are disgusting and I just want them to go away. It's not huge, per say, but it just doesn't go with the rest of m body. I love the rest of me.. I've never had kids. I'm 18 years old. I've been eating healthier for the past month or so.. I've been working out. I want to know what I can do specifically to lose the belly fat and love handles and back bra fat.. N idea of the size of my stomach is that I can fit PERFECTLY into a pair of size 3 junior jeans... but they either will not close or are disgustingly tight on my stomach and love handles. 5s are still a little too tight around the stomach but way too loose around the legs and butt. The jeans are one thing.. but what kind if shirts could I wear to flatter the rest if me and hide my belly! I wear a size 36D bra (not those cheap bras where D size is made for a B cup. i mean actual Ds and possibly DD) if that helps in determining some shirt styles I should wear. I know that some shirts are just not made for large chests..

Work out your abs. That's what I do and I don't even eat healthy and I barely have any belly or back fat because of it. Try doing Russian twists and AT LEAST 10 sit-ups at night .. That's what I do. Try looking up planking and other excercises for abs on YouTube to lose belly fat as well. Hope I helped
