I have Mandela's "Long Walk to Freedom" and it's a great read!! WHAT A MAN! Kept his cool all through the years of his imprisonment by the British in South Africa, and then led a non-violent revolt against the British rule! He finally triumphed, under unbelievably harsh and cruel treatment by the British, and the British finally relinquished it's hold on South Africa. But regarding the Question, I'm SURE that the "Whites" NEVER EVER accepted "racial equality"! The British would NEVER accept that! It would be nearer to being somewhat equal opportunity, or at least an opportunity to achieve in the economy.
