Any spice which has no fungus, or bacteria and smells good then it is ok for use, otherwise not. If frequently not Unopened they will last a very long time. Opened, probably 2 weeks. Since I cannot see the condition Physically so the best solution would be try to taste a little by dipping your finger and see if it is any better for further use.
