my friend wants to launch me up in the air and let me do a back flip. we both definately wanna try this. but i looked up some videos of some other people doing it and it looks pretty damn dangerous for the launcher. it seems that if the launcher like gives than ill land on my head.and also if we get at a bad angle it sems that ill go flying horizontal instead of vertical. so any tips on how we should do this?
