wondering how i can feel more awake and energized through out the day. i used to be very energized all the time, but now i have no motivation to do much of anything. i tried exercising, even coffee & energy drinks but nothing has helped. not sure if it's just depression or what.

go to bed early, and wake up early. that way you wont be groggy

When you have no motivation to do anything that happens. Just look on the bright side of things. Even if it is strictly energy issues try getting a full 8-9 hours of sleep, which is the best remedy.
It sounds odd but sleep 100% naked, your body relaxes more and you wake up more energized.
Get 6 or more hours of sleep, and try 5 hour energy drinks.
Make a evaluation of what could be bothering you, deal with those things a positive way. Once you find out is bothering you then you are more likely to feel better.
My mom has recently started taking these vitamins (I THINK they are like B vitamins or something). It is a powder that she takes and she says that she has felt so much more energized during the day. I have noticed it too, she stays up much later now haha.
You should go search different vitamins and supplements you can take to boost energy.
Depression? maybe or just that youve been through a break up or an emotional time. Myself i would just take energy shots or a energy drink but be careful on taking thoses and only one a day.
they have energy pills or the 5 hour energy but its prob mentaly. Get goodnights of sleep. could be cuz you were so energized because something fun was going to happen and now its over.
Depression can make you feel more fatigued and tired than normal. This has a lot to do with your mentality more than your physical needs. I recommend getting some happy in your life. Smile, watch comedy, get close to loved ones, meet new people!

bset way to go is natural ginseng you can get it a health stores they have it in honey, tea all kinds of stuff but you will be bouncing off the wall
eat better take a multivitamin and work out every other day get good sleep and dont smoke crack
sleep. if that doesn't help go see a doctor or something.
