Safely... There is a Tea.. It is in a Red Box.. Drinking it right now actually.. It is called Herbal Super Slimming Tea.. Triple Leaf Brand... Only one that works... Found at most stores... The first 3-5 days that you drink it. You will loose atleast 4-5 pounds.. it cleans out your intestines... The best way to do it..is drink it before you go to bed... the next morning you might have small cramping until you go to the restroom... the first couple days you may have cramping.. while it is cleaning you out.. but just in the morning.... I have drank that tea for over a year now a few months on and off.. If I start feeling Bloated it takes that away too.. and it works... Once it does the initial cleaning.. it keeps you cleaned out..
