Install iTunes on the computer. Plug in the Ipad to the computer with the usb cable.

iTunes will Sync with the ipad.

copy photos from my pictures to itunes and itunes will transfer them to the ipad.

First off all you need itunes on etheir computer just connect the ipad to the computer open itunes drag whatever photos you have onto the photo section in itunes then select your ipad on the left side of itunes and at the top their will be a tab at the top where you can select which photos you want i think

Or you many have to skip the draging the photos onto itunes and browse for them on your computer i cant rember exactly how to do this but pretty sure this is how
