I have brand new HD tv , live in apt using rabbit ears, my problem is channels are crystal clear except cbs at night when commercial comes on my screen goes blue but I hear commercial when its over go back to show crystal clear picture call manufacture they said not my set any ideas how to fix this, not allowed to put antenna outside.
