Do you have anything that uses Itunes plugged in? It could be that it's coming up becaues it thinks you're trying to access it through like an Ipod or something.Also, is it set as the default media thing? That'll make it so that any video or music you listen to opens up through that. I'd say fiddle around with the options and see if anything changes.
