I chose to take Health/Model UN class (i think they switch off during semesters), but this class seems too hard for me, since I'm only a high school freshmen. I just want to know if this class is a required class to graduate, or does it vary from school to school? Also, if this class IS required, could you give me any tips/pointers to help?

The requirement for graduation depends on the state or country you live in. Each school can have their own courses that count towards some requirement given by the state or larger government.
This does not sound like a class that would be required, unless it is being used as a Health and a government course. You need to ask your guidance counselor to be sure.
On a side note: I was in Model UN all through high school starting my freshman year. I loved it. I don't think it is for everyone, though. It can be a very dry subject.
