my compuer got virus? help?
i have another computer that got a virus in and now it will not let us get past the log in page and idk if it will even turn on anymore but have a lot of files saved onto my g drive like pictures and word docs, can i still get them out of there somehow?
please help..

when you switch it on start tapping F8 straight away , then select the safe mode option , download malwarebytes (in safe mode and run a complete scan ) then after its finshed click on fix all and wai for it to remove then reboot your pc in your normal way and run another scan to be sure it is all removed and then your set to go
