I have one girl platy fish surrounded by a couple others, and she's been sick for a few days with Cloudy eye... I cleaned the fish tank and added a bit of salt..
Today, I saw her and she had White poop, indication of internal parasites (she does hog all the food..)
She hasn't been eating for the past 5 days, and all she does is lay on the bottom of the tank, and gets water every now and then
Is it contagious? What should I do?
Should I put her in a smaller tank? (The only tank I have is a small bowl, or a gallon tank)

Treat with an anti-parasite medicine such as Coppersafe; just make sure to remove any scaleless fish, crustaceans such as snails and shrimp, and sensitive plants. You'll need to treat the whole tank with every finned fish that has been exposed to the sick one, since parasites are usually contagious.
If you are still seeing parasites, you need to start treating the fish more aggressively. Cleaning water and salts are not cutting it, so go get some parasite killer and raise the tank temps. Otherwise you do risk your other fish getting sick as well.
