Every time I try to burn an AVI file using Nero Vision (which converts the AVI to DVD format an burns it and then I can watch it in my TV) after less than 5 minutes the computer simply turns off. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I was able to burn one AVI file and it worked fine and all, now I want to try it again and the problem is coming up again. Anyone knows what's going on?

hi,
I'm a movie enthusiast.. I've tried so many DVD burning tools, they are rly many.. but only few do the job right.
My fav is Convert X to DVD.
I suggest you download the latest version of Convert X to DVD - v.3
i summarize by sayin: its easy to use, and works perfectly!
It lets you burn multiple video files (all formats, including AVI and MP4) to DVD, along with amazing DVD menus.
i'll try guiding you step by step...
I) Download n run Convert X to DVD v.3 by clicking here:
http://www.burner-software.com/AVI-to-DVD-Converte...
II) Drag-drop your video files onto the tool
III) Click the [Convert] button
and you're done!
but there are also extra features like customizing the DVD menu, adding subtitles, and hmm alot of useful things actually.
I'm sure you'll love the tool. give it a try =)
I heard there was once a glitch in Nero7, however they had been going to liberate Nero eight faster than anticipated so that they were not going to re-liberate Nero7 w/ the fixes. Just stay up for Nero eight ... it will have to all be labored out. Edit- Apparently it is out now - I ignored the memo I wager :)
im thinking your computer cannot handle the program and your computer is crashing. give your specs of your computer.
