Well basically I bought this package of cheese stuffed ravioli . All you have to do is cook it for about 5 mintues then add a pasta sauce. But I forgot to buy a sauce. The cheeses are parmesean, ramano, etc. I have a lot of tomato paste too, if that will help

I would do a simple cheese sauce.
1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 3/4 cups milk (2% or higher)
1 cup grated cheese (4Cheese blend or whatever you've got)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Melt butter blend in flour over medium heat and allow to barely sizzle.
Stir in milk, bring to a boil, and stir until thickened.
Lower heat and blend in cheese stirring for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in seasonings and you can add herbs. Simple
The easy solution is to use some olive oil, a tablespoon of crushed garlic, you can also buy it at the store in the produce section, it comes in a jar, a few tablespoons of chopped sun dried tomato's, six to eight chopped artichoke hearts, twelve chopped olives, greek, or green, add a can of chopped clams with the juice,a table spoon of Italian seasoning, and white wine, about half a cup---chop a small yellow, or red onion, one half of a green bell pepper , optional sliced mushrooms, saute in the oil, and add the other ingredients after the onions are cooked, add the wine last, and pour over your pasta, serve with grated Italian cheeses----If you need a tomato sauce, use a can of tomato paste, dilute with water to a thick sauce, and add to the above--not into clams? use an Italian sausage and chop it up with the onions--Worst case scenario, you can buy a jar of Healthy Choice, Paul Newman, sauce, if you are not inclined to cook your own sauce Serve with white or red wine depending on your sauce, with a caesar salad----
The best thing with ravioli (and tortellini) is that since the filling is so tasty you don't really need sauce.
Boil and drain then just pour some melted butter on them. For extra flavour, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and/or black pepper.
You can also boil them in beef or chicken stock and serve as a soup.
Do you have any canned tomatoes, at all? You'll need some tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. The tomato paste will thicken the sauce a little.
