She Burnt down a House in '94

During the course of filming the documentary, Lisa and a few friends were passengers in a vehicle driven by her assistant when a small boy ran out in front of the vehicle and was struck. The child died later that night. Lopes offered to pay the funeral costs for the family. After the funeral, Lopes was given the boy's shoes, and remarked to the cameraman, "His last name was Lopez. Isn't that something?" She also explained her fears that a spirit had been stalking her to do harm, but thought that the spirit made a mistake and killed the child rather than her.

She was also involved in the death of a 10 month old in 1993

She was driving a minivan and wearing her seatbelt but when the crash happened she died instantly from head and neck trauma although three others were thrown out the car they lived the car had 9 people in it and only 1 died.
