"I do not think Georgiana Darcy has her equal for beauty, elegance, and accomplishment. I hope to call her hereafter my sister" What does this quote from Pride and Prejudice mean? Does this mean Bingley would like to marry Georgiana?

No not really this quote I believe is in a letter from Caroline to Jane and is really her sly way of putting Jane off her brother and making it seem as if he has no interest in her.
After all Caroline is really what one would call a social climber and is a little too snobby believing Jane and her family to be below hers and seeks to discourage her from Bingly by suggesting that he has no interest in her and instead favour Georgiana.
Furthermore Caroline would like to have connections with the Darcy family as they are rich and influential etc, she herself has set her sights at Darcy and more importantly Pemberly.
