Real quick question...
If-
1. Zimmerman was "saddled" and was getting beat up according to a witness,
2. Had many wounds to prove and they were not self inflicted
3. Minimal concrete evidence from Martin's side that can prove Zimmerman's actions were not of self defense
Then, what is all this fuss about?
Are they just trying to debate the validity and applicability of "stand your ground" in this case?

This case should not have been brought to trial. It only was because of political pressure. Activists demanded an arrest.
It's a race thing. Everyone got all hyped up because it was an African-American kid who was OBVIOUSLY being persecuted and profiled by this hispanic guy.
Tragedy? Certainly. Hate crime? You'd think so, the way some people are talking about it. It was a guy who was scared and had a gun, and did the only thing he knew to do.
I mean, really, if they hadn't pressed charges and taken this to court, do you really think that everyone would have just let it go?
The fuss is become an unarmed teenager died. When that happens you don't just say "oh well" and go about your business. It may well be self-defense, but they have to PROVE that in court.
I am sick and tired of answering Zimmerman questions, and I've only done a half dozen.
The Libs turned it into a hate crime trial.
