okay my mom was thinking of adding another bedroom, in our 3 bedroom house. But i heard it is not a good idea. our house is the biggest one in our neighborhood. and is located in the corner. On average people that live in our neighborhood pay from $800-1500 every month on their house bill. we pay $2000. if we do add another room it will add value to our house BUT it will be hard to sell it. who will want to move to an okay neighborhood, and pay 2000+ a month were they could move to a better neighbor hood and pay around the same??

my mom never wants to sell this house. but if something happens and we need to sell it, it wont sell fast.

we do want to move, but we don't want to sell, we are thinking of renting it.

We were thinking of just doing the minimum to the house, adding new window. we need knew windows. and that's pretty much it. what do you suggest?? thank you.
