Royal Marines or Rifles?
I am undecided on wether to join The Rifles or the Royal Marines in the British Army.
Which one do you reccomend? Personal experience welcome.

It really depends what you want to do. The 1st Battalion of the Rifles is part of 3 Commando Brigade. The Royal Marines are fairly hard nosed, but then so are the Rifles. I consider it to be six of one half a dozen of the other, although I think the Marines may carry that little bit more prestige, however the Rifles are made up of some fine old regiments.
