Okay so Ive been dieting a long time and Ive managed to lose 50 pounds! :) But I weigh myself around every week and yesterday I weighed and it said 2 pounds more than what I weighed previous (190) but I got on it again an hour later and it said 188 and I did this every hour to see what it would say and once again it said around 188 to 187 every hour it only said 190 twice in those times I weighed and they were like 2 hours apart and here it is again the next day and its still saying the same thing 188 to 187! so since I did this for 2 days and it is saying the same thing over and over again does that mean that 187 to 188 is my real weight? I am freaking out I have been working so hard on my dieting and I know I got a little off this week since thanksgiving but not enough to gain 2 pounds in one week! Is it really true that your weight fluctuates a lot in one day? Or is it my scales are wrong? I mean I know it only said it twice and its only 2 pounds but I dont want to gain this weight back!

Your weight fluxuates. Weigh yourself once a week.
Your weight will also include water weight so depending how much water you have been drinking your weight will change high or low accordingly
