Hi, my aunt is a sever diabetic, she cannot have any sugar at all and is on a very low carb diet. She loves sweets but has given them up for the past 10+ years. This christmas I would love to suprise her with some chocolates that are diabetic friendly. I found alot that are sugar free but most of them still have quite a few carbs. Any websites or stores you can think of to help me out would be wonderful! Thanks.
