Yes and yes. It is one of the EDM Fesivals that is still safe, since the crowd is not as crazy as the ones in other festivals. The atmosphere is very laid back, and it is attended mostly by young adults. There is no age restriction yet (let's hope we can keep it safe and restriction-less).

This year, it is going to be 3 days instead of 3 so ... if you already have a hotel booked (or will have somewhere you can crash for the 2 nights) you might want to take some $300, though i'd recommend you get a debit card or one of those pre-paid credit cards so you won't be carrying a lot of cash.

Miami is really laid back, you really don't need that much but if you happen to hit a Mall, then you will more than likely go nuts so, a credit card would be your best bet.

The pre-sale launch date has not been published yet, guiding off the previous years it rather is regularly end of November/ beginning up of December; on the fringe of Thanksgiving...on no account have I considered it come out in October---I wish!
