Weight Loss After Pregnancy?

I was wondering if anyone had any good meal plans, excerices, tips or anything helpful on loosing pre pregnancy weight and toning back up. ( I am aware my body will never be the same and i am perfectly okay with that bc i have a beautiful healthy son ) I just want my body to be the best it can. BACKGROUND: I am 21 yrs old I was 135 before I was pregnant and 168 the day i had my son. I know weigh 132-134. I know im not overweight but i would like to loose about 8 lbs and get rid of some fat and tighten up my now "loose skin" any tips? thanks :)
