I was wondering if anyone had any good meal plans, excerices, tips or anything helpful on loosing pre pregnancy weight and toning back up. ( I am aware my body will never be the same and i am perfectly okay with that bc i have a beautiful healthy son ) I just want my body to be the best it can. BACKGROUND: I am 21 yrs old I was 135 before I was pregnant and 168 the day i had my son. I know weigh 132-134. I know im not overweight but i would like to loose about 8 lbs and get rid of some fat and tighten up my now "loose skin" any tips? thanks :)

I would suggest you to lose weight slowly, because if you do it in such a rush then there's more chance of you to have loose skin while losing it slowly can give your body a chance to recover and adjust from all that.

Also working out can help you get there better. It keeps your skin and muscles tight. Do some yoga or pilates.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise
Add extra 10 or 15 mins to your cardio routine
Not eating or skipping meals is not dieting If you do you may get more weight
Snap a photo of yourself once a week to know progress that will also increase your confidence level
2 hour walk at a moderate pace
chew calorie free gum for 9 hours
wrap up any extra food you ve cooked before you sit down to a meal so you re not tempted to get seconds
