I am really trying to lose weight on my abdominal area so i can come close to seeing my abs... does anyone reccomend any programs??? if anything worked for you maybe it could work for me

do 250 breaststrokes about 10 minutes
Eat an apple instead of bottled juice
45 minutes of jumping rope
Eat snacks at your home bofore going to party
