LOTRO and Computer problems?
I'm running windows 7 home premium and I'm trying to play Lord of the Rings Online.
I've run into the .net framework issue which I'm also not sure quite how to solve.
But on top of this whenever I try to install .net framework 1.1 I get
'Error 1606 Could not access network location'
Can anybody help me with this?

Uh, I made a youtube guide to fix this. I also had error 1606 and by doing what I did in my video I fixed it.
I don't know if it works for everyone though.
