Definition: incorporates the past, present, & future as a complete & present reality
i dont really understand. does it mean that the past present & future is kinda already decided & they are living through it.

Metatemporal definition:
Relating to time in a non-linear nature, unconstrained by any particular temporal background. This concept became scientifically relevant only after the advent of human controlled time travel.
I'm not sure it would mean "it is already decided" but that it's all one and the same thing, a complete reality incorporating all time, as if time doesn't exist as we know it.
