Two problems here.
1) Your machine has a 220 watt power supply, that's not enough. You'll have to upgrade it for the graphics card you mentioned to even run.
2) You'll need to measure your case. I've never seen your's first hand, but you'll have to make sure that a card that size will even fit. Newegg.com lists the card as being 10.83 inches long so make sure you have at least 11 inches of clearance in your case as well as the open slots etc. Remember that card takes up 2 card slots.
Cheers!
::EDIT::
1) Like Nashbert said, minimum of 500 watts. I've been using Corsair TX750s in my last couple of builds, They usually run around $100 on Newegg.com.
2) The above mentioned power supply will both work on your motherboard and run the Radeon 6950. Motherboard power connectors are standardized 24-pin connections so don't worry about that. The main worry is the PCI-Express power connections from the PSU, but the TX750 has those covered.
3) By two slots I mean the card takes up two "slots" on the back of the PC. If you look closely at a picture of the 6950, where the monitor connections are, there are two DVI connections stacked on top of each other. Meaning each DVI connection is taking up 1 slot opening on the back of your computer. It's probably nothing to worry about, but just double check you have the room. The card is both THICK and LONG.
Cheers!
The video card requires a specific type of Power Supply Unit (PSU).
Please take note.
500 Watt or greater power supply with two 75W 6-pin PCI Express® power connectors recommended

Your motherboard is currently using PCI-Express graphics card, you can use and upgrade your graphics card to that model.
