The book in the logo has:
DOM MINA
INVS TIO
ILLV MEA
which is Dominus Illuminatio Mea. These are the opening words of Psalm 27, meaning The Lord is my light and is the University motto.
Note: The V is acutally an old english U (DOMINVS ILLVMINATIO MEA). Hope this is what your looking for.
Oxford University Motto
Dominus Illuminatio Mea
The only logo I've seen on the Oxford University website is "University of Oxford", which is self explanatory.
If there is something else, it will be almost certainly be in Latin and you can check that out on the online Latin dictionary.
