For eyes? Definately Urban Decay. I know a lot of people say that but I love it! The eye shadows are very pigmented and their eyeliner is the best I've used.

It's pricey but a little goes a long way because it's such good quality. Plus the Big Fatty Mascara is a favourite of mine.

Another brand I love for eyeshadows is Barry M but I'm not too sure if they stock it outside the UK. It's resonably cheap (under £10) and their loose pigment eyeshadows are fantastic. I'll put the link to the website there, just incase you'd like to have a look.

sephora has greatt make up . i use big fatty mascara , urban decay eye shadow pallet and tokidoki eyeliner . those brands are GREATT and work reallyy well
