Where is Ahkari in Dawnstar for Skyrim?
I'm level 45 and I have not seen Ahkari or her tents or anyone at all in Dawnstar. I may have taken from the chest while she WASNT at Dawnstar at around level 14ish. I'm starting to think I lost the Dawnstar chest loop glitch as well because her things don't reset. I'm so confused. Do I need to find her or something to reset the chest? Is she even alive?! Help.

Yeah, the Khajiit move around a lot, they don't just stay in Dawnstar. If the chest isn't resetting, it could be because you haven't stayed away from the area long enough (in game time) or it could be because she's dead. NPCs do get killed by dragons and stuff, even when you're not around. There are other chests, though, one in Markarth I know for sure because I've used it, and I think there's one just outside Solitude. Those are connected to other trade caravans.
She and all her kin are Traveller's. They spend a lot of time on the road.
