I very seldom wear pants in the office. When I do--no, I don't feel more powerful. In fact, quite the opposite. I feel more powerful when I embrace my femininity.
Also, being a tad sexy tends to instill me with even more empowerment so ....dresses and skirts all the way!

Not just pants, but a suit. I wear a suit to work every day and when I look in the mirror, I feel powerful and confident!
I actually feel more casual in pants, from denim to dressy. I do, however, feel more powerful wearing a well-fitting pencil skirt.
