Writing a paper on energy resources please help?
i need to write a paper on switching from our current energy resources to renewable more cleaner resources.(by our i mean the US).
My options are: oil, natural gas, coal, nuclear energy, wind, water power, geothermal energy, and solar energy..
i must pick three and choose the cleanest and best economical choices.
i was thinking wind power since its cheap in the upnorth region, water power in southern US, and in the middle im not sure yet.. please help this is worth a lot of points

You can eliminate oil, gas, coal, nuclear energy. because they are not renewable...and nuclear waste is a real tough pollutant.
You've already chosen wind and water, so that leaves a choice between geothermal and solar.
My pick would be solar...In spite of geothermal's immense potential, that is non-renewable too....and like the passenger pigeon, and buffalo which used to be so plentiful that we didn't think there was an end to them, we know better now.
