I am in fairly good shape and most of my weight is muscle. I have been horseback riding for 2 years now and my thighs are still... "jiggly" like it's not attractive. I'd like to start wearing mid-thigh shorts this summer but it looks horrible. I'm tired of knee length shorts. Anyway, what are some easy leg exercises I can to for my thighs?

The Salt-Free Diet. This diet advocates a diet free of salt to stimulate weight loss through fluid loss. This involves preparing protein sources, vegetables, fruits, and grains with no added salt. This involves preparing sodium-free products at home or avoiding processed or prepackaged foods that contain any salt. It also involves drinking up to 2 liters of water each day to replenish essential body fluids, although green tea is also admissible. Because some dietary salt is essential for health, however, the Salt-Free Diet should not be followed for more than 1 to 2 weeks.
Sometimes the only answer is plastic surgery. Losing weight does not cure jiggly spots. Working out will make the muscle toned underneath, but it will still be jiggly. There is now non invasive laser shaping fat removal, that is not as bad as something like lipo.
you can't spot reduce. if you want to lose leg fat, cardio would be your best bet, but you don't wan't to tone them if you have a lot of leg fat, they'll look bulky. so running, brisk walking, jump roping, etc would work.... you probably already know this though /=
