My grandson would like to install MSN and MSN Messenger on his computer. Could you please tell him how to download it? All of his friends have it and he can't figure out how to install it.

http://get.live.com/messenger/overview then install it. You then need to register for a hotmail account but you should be able to do that through msn messanger
To install MSN messenger:
Go to http://get.live.com/messenger/overview
Click on the button "Get if free"
A popup will ask if you want to download "install_messenger.exe"
Click OK on the popup.
It will be dowloaded. You may have to click on install_messenger.exe (usually downloaded to your desktop) to start the installation or it may start itself.
There is the two URLs for your grandson. All you have to do is paste them and you can send them to him. Then all he has to do is click and follow instructions. If he is too young you may need to help him some.
