18 weeks pregnant but bad pain lower back...?
IM 18 weeks pregnant so im not even that big yet but i have had this lingering cramp-like pain in my lower back on the left side (kind of on the top of my butt cheeks) and now its moved over to the right. Whenever i stand up i almost fall because the pain shoots so bad. Its like a nerve pain and ive tried massaging it, stretching, everything and it wnt go away. Now my other side is bothering me too. Is this possibly because of the pregnancy?

I have that same feeling, i'll be 16 weeks pregnant sunday, alot of people tell me its the sciatica..which is a nerve that is right above the butt cheek on both sides and it can cause a shooting pain down the butt, leg and into the foot. Not sure if that's exactly what you are experiencing but it sounds like it. Hope this helps!
Pregnancy back pain can start very early in the pregnancy and is due to the changes in the body.
It's sounds like a sacroiliac problem to me and could be quite quickly sorted with a visit to a McTimoney chiropractor, the treatment is very gentle so nothing to worry about there.
I'm a chiropractor and treat lots of women with your symptoms and treated my wife through her nasty pregnancy pains too.
